Delivery time
Delivery.
The supplier delivers spare parts to the customer in accordance with the following conditions:
- The delivery of spare parts to the customer is carried out in accordance with the order. In this case, the client must specify the delivery address, the responsible/contact person, the contact number;
- An exception may be the case of partial shipment of the order, when the delivery is delayed due to the reasons beyond our control, in this case, please contact our managers to clarify the circumstances;
- The delivery of spare parts is carried out after full payment of the order amount, an exception may be the case when the conditions are pre-specified with the client.
The following types of delivery are available:
- Self-delivery. The client himself will be able to pick up the goods from our warehouse in Europe.
- A courier/transport company. The delivery is possible in all available directions offered by the transport company TNT EXPRESS / FEDEX / DHL / ITELLA / RABEN LOGISTICS and others.
- All prices on our website are indicated in Euros.
- Shipping costs are noted for informational purposes only. The shipping costs may vary due to the weight of the package and the number of packages.
Delivery time:
When placing the order there are available 3 types of delivery:
- Express.
By using the Express delivery, the goods are transported to our warehouse within 1-2 working days, then the delivery is carried out from our warehouse to the client within 1-2 working days. The Express delivery to our warehouse is not possible for the following brands: Blue Print, FEBI, VOLVO CE, SCANIA. - Economy Express.
By using the Economy Express delivery, the goods are transported to our warehouse within 1-3 weeks (depending on a brand's production plant, see below), then the delivery is carried out from our warehouse to the client within 1-2 working days. - Standard.
By using the Standard delivery, the goods are transported to our warehouse within 1-3 weeks (depending on a brand's production plant, see below), then the delivery is carried out from our warehouse to the client within 1 week.
The list of brands:
- MAN – The Standard delivery to our warehouse is carried out within 5-7 working days, the Express delivery is also possible with the goods to be transported to our warehouse within 1-2 working days. Further delivery to the client depends on the type of delivery chosen by the client.
- MERCEDES-BENZ – The Standard delivery to our warehouse is carried out within 7-10 working days, the Express delivery is also possible with the goods to be transported to our warehouse within 2-4 working days. Further delivery to the client depends on the type of delivery chosen by the client.
- SCANIA – The Standard delivery to our warehouse is carried out within 10-12 working days. The express delivery to our warehouse is not possible. Further delivery to the client depends on the type of delivery chosen by the client.
- VOLVO Trucks – The Standard delivery to our warehouse is carried out within 6-8 working days, the Express delivery is also possible with the goods to be transported to our warehouse within 2-4 working days. Further delivery to the client depends on the type of delivery chosen by the client.
- ZF – The Standard delivery to our warehouse is carried out within 10-12 working days, Express delivery is also possible with the goods to be transported to our warehouse within 1-2 working days. Further delivery to the client depends on the type of delivery chosen by the client.
- BOSCH – The Standard delivery to our warehouse is carried out within 10-20 working days, the Express delivery is also possible with the goods to be transported to our warehouse within 1-2 working days. Further delivery to the client depends on the type of delivery chosen by the client.
- VOLVO CE – The Standard delivery to our warehouse is carried out within 10-12 working days, the Express delivery to our warehouse is not possible. Further delivery to the client depends on the type of delivery chosen by the client.
- WEBASTO – The Standard delivery to our warehouse is carried out within 10-12 working days, the Express delivery is also possible with the goods to be transported to our warehouse within 1-2 working days. Further delivery to the client depends on the type of delivery chosen by the client.
- FEBI -The Standard delivery to our warehouse is carried out within 10-12 working days. The Express delivery to our warehouse is not possible. Further delivery to the client depends on the type of delivery chosen by the client.
- BMW - The Standard delivery to our warehouse is carried out within 10-12 working days. The Express delivery to our warehouse is not possible. Further delivery to the client depends on the type of delivery chosen by the client.
